Reservations are now open. Room rate is $145 USD per night, any occupancy (4 people max), plus $20.95 USD tax, for a total of $165.95 USD per night. Rate includes refrigerator and complimentary guestroom Internet. Rates are available August 26 through September 5. Note: August 23–25 and September 6–8 can be booked at the contracted rate based on room availability.

If you would like a roommate for Convention, you may contact the WSO at 505-891-2664 or by email. Please provide your name, state or country, phone number, and email so you can be added to the roommate list. Also, please indicate that you need a roommate for Convention 2016.
Registration will open in January 2016. Below are full and daily registration rates.
• Full Registration includes access to all workshops and general sessions (Thursday through Sunday) and commemorative lapel pin. Rates are per person and DO NOT include meals.

• Cancellations: All cancellations made by August 5, 2016 11:59 PM MST can be refunded minus a $10 nonrefundable fee. All cancellations made after August 5, 2016 11:59 PM MST are nonrefundable. No-shows are nonrefundable. This is a strict policy.
• Transfers: Registration is ONLY transferable up to August 5, 2016 11:59 PM MST. Written consent (email or hard copy) is required for all transfers. This is a strict policy.
Schedule of Events and Parking Information
Click here for a tentative schedule of events. Attendees interested in speaking or volunteering for Convention can complete the Convention registration form when it becomes available in January 2016.
Parking is quite expensive in downtown Boston. It is recommended that attendees use public transportation, if possible. The Back Bay Subway Station and the Green Line Subway are 0.2 miles from the hotel.
Parking is available at Copley Place Garage (not owned by the hotel) for $37 USD per day (no in/out privileges). Valet parking with the hotel is $53 USD per day (in/out privileges). There are additional parking garages within walking distance of the hotel ranging from $25 to $40 USD per day.
The banquet will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 starting at 6:30 PM EST. This is a plated meal and no substitutions will be made. The banquet meal is $60 USD per person and is separate from the registration rate. A detailed menu will be released in January 2016.
For attendees who would like to attend the speaker, entertainment, and dance, there is no charge. The speaker will begin at 7:30 PM EST.
