Web Site Templates

Does your intergroup, service board, or region need a Web site? Does your existing Web site need a new look? Want to reach out within your community and keep your members informed of what's happening within your area: meeting lists, online newsletters, information on local OA events?

The World Service Business Conference (WSBC) Web Tech Committee has created Web site templates for use by service bodies in our Fellowship. You may choose one of two Content Management Systems (CMS). Both come with documentation on how to create your Web site using these systems, as well as content files to get you started. OA volunteers are available to help answer questions and give you support.

Go to http://www.aloha.oar2.org/ or http://erehwon.floridafryes.net/ to view samples of the templates. These sites show the look and feel of a site you can create using this template tool kit. Once the site is created, maintenance is as simple as using word processing software, and you will be carrying the message using one of today's most advanced media. The only requirements are the willingness to try, some basic computer skills, and connection to the internet. For information or to get started, go to http://www.oa.org/contact.php.
