If you would like to register a new intergroup or service board, or change the information we have on file for your current intergroup or service board, please download, complete and send the forms below to the WSO via post, email or fax. Online interactive forms are coming soon.
- To register a new intergroup, or to make a change to your current intergroup information, use the Intergroup Registration/Change Form.
- To register a new National or Language Service Board, or to make a change to your current National or Language Service Board information, use the National or Language Service Board Registration/Change Form.
- To register a new Telephone or Online Service Board, or to make a change to your current Telephone or Online Service Board information, use the Virtual Service Board Registration/Change Form.
