Group Registration
A group can register, make changes or cancel their meeting through the OA Web site. This includes face-to-face, telephone and online meetings.

Intergroup and Service Board Registration
If you wish to register, make changes or cancel an intergroup or service board, please download and complete one of the following PDF versions and mail or email it to the WSO.

Virtual Service Board Registration Change Form
To deregister an intergroup or service board, you must submit a written request, along with the appropriate change form, to the World Service Office and either the region chair and the region trustee, or the virtual services trustee as applicable. (OA, Inc. Bylaws, Subpart B, Article VI – Intergroups, Section 3c and Article VIII – Service Boards, Section 4c)
