Prices: If you order at least 100 units of any item, you receive a 10 percent discount on that item, unless otherwise indicated. Prices in this catalog are effective through December 2008. Mail: To order by mail, you can download a PDF file* of our order form. You may pay by check, money order, VISA, Discover or MasterCard in US funds only. Do not send cash. All orders must be prepaid. Phone/Fax: Call in orders between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., mountain time: 1-505-891-2664. Our fax line is open 24 hours a day: 1-505-891-4320. Please include your credit card information when you order. Online: Your credit card number and billing address must accompany your online order and will be encrypted for your protection. Shipping and Handling: Allow two to three weeks for delivery in the US, and four to five weeks for delivery outside the US. We process orders within two business days of receipt. For overnight shipping charges, call the WSO between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. mountain time. Provide a street address rather than a PO box. |

For Outside US Orders: The person or group ordering the literature is responsible for customs fees, duties and taxes. Provide a telephone number and e-mail address (if available) so local Customs officials and package delivery personnel can contact you after the shipment has cleared Customs. Postal regulations require a valid phone number, so we will call you to confirm your number before shipping. Returns: If you need to return an item, please do so within 60 days of the date you ordered. Enclose a copy of the sales order, and tell us the reason for your return. Credit will be issued and must be used within 120 days. No cash refunds are given. If you need help or have questions, call the World Service Office at 505-891-2664, and ask for a sales representative.
