Submitting Entries to Datebook
If you would like to have your event posted on Datebook, please submit your entry by visiting our Contact page and selecting “Datebook” from the drop-down menu or by emailing datebook@oa.org.
Please submit your Datebook entry two weeks before the date you’d like your event to appear on the OA Web site.
Please use this format for your entry:
- Date of Event – Location of Event (city, state/province and country), Name of Event, Name of Group hosting Event, Address of Event, Contact person’s first name, Contact information: phone number, email address (without last name) and/or web site address
Anonymity Awareness: Datebook will not accept email addresses that include last names. Please be aware that viewers of the OA Web site have access to contact information posted in Datebook. Contact persons should consider issues of privacy and anonymity before submitting their Datebook event. If you wish to include an email address, we encourage you to set up a generic address with an email service provider. Anyone forwarding an entry for which they are not the contact person must check with the contact person prior to submission to obtain his or her permission for Datebook posting.
