Submitting Entries to Datebook
If you would like to have your event posted on Datebook, please complete the Datebook Submission Form and email it to datebook@oa.org or fax it to 1-505-891-4320.
Please submit your completed form two weeks before the date you’d like your event to appear on the OA Web site.
Datebook entries include the following information:
• Date of Event – Location of Event (city, state/province and country), Name of Event, Name of Group hosting Event, Address of Event, Contact person’s first name, Contact information: phone number, email address (without last name) and/or Web-site address
Anonymity Awareness: Datebook will not accept email addresses that include last names. Please be aware that viewers of the OA Web site have access to contact information posted in Datebook. Contact persons should consider issues of privacy and anonymity before submitting their Datebook event. If you wish to include an email address, we encourage you to set up a generic address with an email service provider. Anyone forwarding an entry for which they are not the contact person must check with the contact person prior to submission to obtain his or her permission for Datebook posting.
