All-Day Marathon

For many of us, family gatherings and holiday traditions have included food fests: triggering foods, too much food, challenging choices, and cooks who want us to just “take a little taste.” For others, the holiday season can include feelings of isolation, loneliness, not being good enough, and other challenging reactions.

Good news! We don’t have to go it alone ever again. Together we remind ourselves of the joy of recovery, the bliss of abstinence, and the tools that lead to our daily reprieve.

Join us as we celebrate this holiday season with recovery. Come for an hour, come all day. We’ll be here.
